2/F Cigna Tower, 482 Jaffe Road, Causeway Bay 2832 2863This oughta be one of the best Vietnamese Restaurant in HK, frequent by all the famous HK stars, eg. Cecelia Cheung etc... It used to be at the roadside but recently moved into one of the buildings cross the road and expanded!! Business is good as usual, crowded and long queues.
Let start with the drinks:- Lime and sour plum soda!! - great stuff to quench your thirst on a HOT day!!
Food!! - Raw beef noodle (authentic vietnamese and one of the best stuff)
Obviously, I am not a beef eater thus cant appreciate the taste.. But the taster came back with excellent review and cant wait to finish the whole bowl!!!Butter and garlic chicken wings - Highly recommended (best wings but oily as the name can indicate) nonetheless it tastes great!! esp with the soda that quenches your thirst.
The spring roll, wrapped in iceberg lettuce - The lettuce takes away the oiliness taste of the spring roll, thus the end results is excellent!!
This vietnamese restaurant deserves a 3 * for its price and taste!!
